We hope you love your Joyous Tees order! Each item is made with care and purpose — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition and packaging
Free of stains, scents, or damage
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions via email.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Sale, clearance, or custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joyoustees.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right!
