1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days after processing
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events are beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate your order.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Joyous Tees is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Joyous Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joyoustees.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Pre-Orders and Custom Items
Pre-order or custom-printed items may have longer processing times. Estimated shipping windows will be listed in the product description.
